To help ensure the safety of our customers and employees, we have decided to temporarily shorten our Retail Store Hours to help maintain social distancing. As previously stated, we are continuously disinfecting as well, to help maintain a safe and healthy environment.

We also have employees working from home. Please bear with us as some of the calls are being forwarded to home lines and it may take additional time before they pick up.
A Note to Our Customers:
Serving our customers safely is our top priority, and we are doing our best to provide quality service while following recommendations to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Please let us know if there is anything you need “contact-free” and we will do our best to accommodate. We realize some customers have children at home or are at-risk and do not want to leave their homes unless absolutely necessary. We want to serve you in the way that works best for you. If you are unable to come to the store, here are a few ways we can support you:
- Virtual Spa Tours – If you are looking for information on Spas, Pam can do video chats to help show you the features.
- Phone Ordering for Pick Up or Delivery – We ship almost daily and can get you the chemicals or parts you need. Check out our new No-Contact Ordering post for more details.
- Service without physical contact – If we have a technician at your house and you need information without contact, our techs can provide all details needed over the phone from the service vehicle or the job location. Wherever possible, they will also sanitize all surfaces they come in contact with, in addition to themselves, between each call.
